Selection Process

All submissions will be reviewed by the WW 2011 Program Committee, in some cases in consultation with small reference groups of experts in a particular field.

Please ensure your proposal contains enough information for the Program Committee to make an accurate judgment of the content, objective, conclusion, and application of your presentation (see #3).

We will strive to achieve fair representation of both individual and group presentations in the final program, but please note that panels and roundtables which are pre-arranged by the submitting presenter(s) stand a better chance of being accepted than proposals for individual papers or workshops.

Selected presenters will be notified by the end of January 2011 and the official event program will be released in April 2011.

Solidarity Fund

Accessibility and diversity are key priorities of Women's Worlds 2011.  We are working to establish a Solidarity Fund to support the participation of people from communities that are too often under-represented and under-resourced.  Only a limited number of subsidies will be available.
